As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI), we adhere to the RICS Valuation Professional Standards, otherwise known as the “Red Book”, and advise on the various valuation bases including inter-alia Market Value, Fair Value, Existing Use Value and Depreciated Replacement Cost valuations.
